Processing Time 

Normal processing time for all orders is 8 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. 

Checking Order Status

We kindly ask that you only email about an order’s status if it has been more than 8 business days and your order has not shipped, or if your order has not progressed in delivery (ex: says “pre transit” after several days). 

Handmade Products

Please remember orders are personalized, handmade and made to order, so they take time to create. I am human and will try my best to make them perfect, however small imperfections may occur.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care and responsibility of USPS. We have no control of the shipping once it's in the hands of the postal service and you would have to reach out to your local post office to get clarification. We cannot expedite deliveries and customers will receive tracking numbers after orders have been shipped. 

Order Shipped To Wrong Address

If an order is returned to the shop because of an incorrect address provided, you will be refunded the cost of the product, but not the shipping. We can send the order to another address, but the customer will be invoiced for another shipping label. Please double check your address before completing purchase.

Issue With Order

Please contact us for any issues with orders. There are no exchanges or returns offered, but refunds and replacements are offered, based on the situation. Refunds or replacements are determined by the shop owner and customer. Please be prepared to provide pictures of issues. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so any issues will be resolved.

Make a Change to Order 

Please feel free to contact us to request order changes, however if a custom order has already been processed adjustments are not guaranteed. 

Cancel My Order - PHYSICAL PRODUCT

If your order has not been created and shipped, you can receive a full refund. If your order has been processed and shipped, a refund is not available.

Cancel My Order - DIGITAL PRODUCT

Due to the digital nature of these items, no refunds, or exchanges of any kind is available, but please reach out if you have any questions.
